Laurie and Jake Scheffer are volunteering to go with CBM to Bolivia to teach for seven weeks to groups that need English language training. These groups will include children living with their parents in prison, aid workers, seminary students and other members of the community. English is a powerful tool that increases job and educational opportunities.

The goal is to raise sufficient funds to cover the cost of materials and supplies for the students (~$1000).and the cost of some official English testing  (TOEFL) for the students (~2000). Remaining funds will be used to help defray the Scheffer's personal costs to travel to and live in Bolivia (~$8000).
